The xxxx视频鈥檚 Board of Trustees elected two new Trustees at its Tuesday, April 30, 2019, meeting. Corporate and business lawyer Anthony J. O鈥橫alley, managing partner of the Vorys Cleveland law office, and neurosurgeon Jonathan Paul Miller, MD, of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, were both elected to serve regular three-year terms.

O'Malley

As managing partner and a member of the litigation practice group at Vorys, Anthony J. O鈥橫alley represents public and private companies and their officers and directors in a broad array of complex business matters involving commercial, securities, corporate governance and change of control issues. A graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, he serves on the school鈥檚 alumni association board and is a member of CWRU Law鈥檚 Society of the Benchers. O鈥橫alley has been named one of the best lawyers in America in commercial litigation for the past 13 years as well as one of the top 100 super lawyers in Ohio and top 50 super lawyers in Cleveland from 2009-15. He also was a member and director of the Cleveland chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation from 2006-12.

Miller

Neurosurgeon Jonathan Paul Miller, MD, FAANS, FACS, is director of the Functional and Restorative Neurosurgery Center, Department of Neurosurgery, at the Neurological Institute of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. He also is an associate professor of neurosurgery and vice chair for educational affairs, and holder of the George R. and Constance P. Lincoln Endowed Chair at UH and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. In addition, Miller is director of epilepsy surgery at UH and directs the hospital鈥檚 fellowship program in functional neurosurgery. He earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University and his medical degree from the CWRU School of Medicine with a concentration in neuroscience. Miller currently serves as associate editor of the Journal Neurosurgery, chief editor of neurosurgical procedures for the eMedicine Medscape reference and as an editorial board member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
