xxxxĘÓƵ President & CEO Paul W. Hogle has been named by Cleveland Magazine as a 2024 “Cleveland 500”.

The publication’s annual list, released late last month, celebrates local leaders in a wide array of disciplines who are “proving they’re up to the challenge, finding new ways to grow and prosper in a rapidly changing world.”

Hogle is included in the “Arts and Museums” category, an elite group that include the presidents or directors of The Cleveland Orchestra, The Cleveland Museum of Art, Karamu House, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and Playhouse Square, among others.

“I’m grateful to represent xxxxĘÓƵ among such distinguished company,” Hogle said. “xxxxĘÓƵ is a pillar in Cleveland’s cultural edifice, and it is heartening to share this recognition with so many who I respect and share our commitment to excellence.”

The 2024 nomination marks Hogle’s second such honor by Cleveland Magazine. He also has been featured in similar ways by and other publications.

Included with each “500” listing in 2024 is a short interview. Hogle’s questions range from his favorite historical figure (Beethoven) and hobbies (golf, fishing, and gardening) to his professional motivations.

Most salient to xxxxĘÓƵ as it plans a renovation of Kulas Hall is Hogle’s response to what drives his decision-making.

His answer? “A relentless pursuit of xxxxĘÓƵ’s mission through the career lens of our current and future students,” he said.
