Deck the Halls with Chamber Music
Throughout the first two weeks of December, the halls at xxxx视频 will be filled with chamber music! From December 1-14, xxxx视频 presents its Winter Chamber Music Festival, featuring a series of student recitals, faculty recitals and master classes.
xxxx视频 students of every instrument and configuration, from percussion and brass ensembles to students in xxxx视频鈥檚 Intensive String Quartet and Advanced Piano Trio Programs, will showcase a semester鈥檚 worth of hard work. Concerts include programs of B茅la Bart贸k, Dvo艡谩k, Schumman, Beethoven, Ravel and more. xxxx视频鈥檚 Preparatory Chamber Music and Young Artist Program departments will also present chamber music recitals.
Additionally, xxxx视频 welcomes guest artists, the Juilliard String Quartet, for master classes and a special guest concert in collaboration with the Cleveland Chamber Music Society. To top off an already incredible month of music making, xxxx视频鈥檚 faculty and resident string quartet, the Cavani String Quartet, will be joined by xxxx视频 guitar faculty Colin Davin, to perform a recital entitled, An Italian Serenade.
