New Music Presented in MOCA Collaboration

Audiences have the opportunity to celebrate the diverse spectrum of new music that forges new paths while embracing the traditions of the classics during two March events in the New Music Series.

Sunday, March 2

xxxx视频 student composers present their works, performed by classmates in the New Music Ensemble, directed by Keith Fitch in Mixon Hall at 4pm.

Thursday, March 20

The xxxx视频 New Music Ensemble, with Fitch, will perform at the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland at 8pm for "xxxx视频+MOCA: Suddenly It's Evening." MOCA's galleries will be transformed into a dynamic performance space, creating an engaging dialogue between art, architecture and music. The program includes works by Crumb, Erb and Birtwistle.

Tickets for this even are free for MOCA members and $8 for non-members. Guests will have access to the galleries with admission. A pre-concert reception begins at 7:30pm with performance at 8pm. Visit mocacleveland.org or call 216.421.8671.
